"Reservations were made easily through an online platform. Property emailed me a contact number so that I could contact them as needed upon my arrival to Chongqing. Once I arrived by metro, I messaged the property and they gave me further directions on how to locate the hotel by pin location. Located on the 41st floor (take elevator 5 or 10), check in was easy. Room was better than expected. Staff was very friendly, too! Stay here!"

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, as were the team members in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast itself was among the best we’ve ever enjoyed. "This was an incredible hotel, everything was brand new, and the staff were more than accommodating to our pets. They arrived with beds, bowls, and toys with treats. It’s an amazing family, friendly destination. Very close to the hustle and bustle of Chongqing, but just 30 minutes away and you feel like you’re in a mountain in paradise. "
