很抱歉给您这样的入住体验！因为某些原因，给您换了房间，虽说有提前取得您的同意，但是让您入住新房间之前没有先带您看您实际订的房间，这确实是我们工作上的失误。您订的是我们这的精致双人间，建筑面积12平方米；给您换到的是我们的雅致大床房，建筑面积是14平方米哦~至于您说有噪音的情况，雅致房是有一个对走道的小窗户的，可能因此会有声音传进房间。我们还是希望我们的客人在入住期间有任何不满意的地方，能及时的告诉我们，我们也好做一下调整~
