1935年竣工の建物で外灘では比較的リーズナブルなホテル。フロントからドアマン、清掃係まで皆フレンドリーで教育が行き届いている。外灘までも歩いていけるロケーションも最高。

Great location for a good price
Wonderful location. An older hotel that has all the comforts. The restaurant however was not clean. The staff uniforms were stained and the feature displays so dusty you could write messages on them. So we didn’t go back there. But the hotel itself I would highly recommend

部屋は写真通りキレイでした！ 大理石で高級感がありました♬ ただ、バスローブやパジャマがなく、とても不便でした。 豫園駅からは歩いて10分ほどですが、タクシーも手配してもらい快適に過ごせました！

Best value for your dollars! Rated as a 3 star hotel, but I’d say it’s closer to a 4.5. Great location and walking distance to Nanjing Rd. (However you spell it). Lots of nearby restaurants and close to the Bund.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Mit Terrasse In der 10 Etage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück war sehr gut. Sind vorher in Peking gewesen und waren sehr enttäuscht. Würden das Hotel nur empfehlen.

The first night check in, front desk attitude not friendly at all. When we have breakfast all the waiters are playing with their phone or chatting. Not care how many plates on the customer table. It has good location but bad service. Beside those the room was clean but I won’t stay again.

Good location, well situated between East Nanjing Road metro station and the Bund. Nice large room with safe, fridge, slippers and Japanese style smart toilet! Only complaint was that the shower head would not stay in place as it was too heavy for the hook.

All was as I expected and some even more. Very good buffet breakfast but very poor restaurant for dinner. Good location and good security. anybody who is not guest of the hotel cannot use the elevator and everyone can get only to the floor of his room.

Beautiful room. Gym consists of a few treadmills and an ellipitical in a dark room in the basement which used to be a hotel bar.
