Upscale hotel in the heart of a neighborhood
What a welcome oasis of comfort after busy days of touring! The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable,. bathroom modern. The hotel staff could speak some English and were very helpful in ordering taxis to the airport- and even making several copies of a document for a friend- at no charge. Breakfast buffet was a perfect mixture of Western and Chinese with fresh fruit as well. Impressed in every way!

Location was fairly average - not in a particularly safe-feeling part of town - probably a couple blocks away from where I wanted to be and a bit too far to walk from the metro. The bar and restaurant were also closed except for breakfast...only a vending machine available...

Great hotel for a short stay
The outlook of hotel is a bit old but the room is very nice and at the right size. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provided a great service. Excellent stay!

Good location.
It was some four or five blocks from Nanjing Rd where shopping is a pleasure. There is a small 7-11 store right next door and opens 24/7. Taxi services was always mnutes away.

This hotel was hard to find. It is also on DIDI but not the current name, the old name. They should try to update their address and make it a point include their address on hotels.com site, and add their hotel name on the DID app so people can find it. The food was good. The park nearby is good for walking but a little crowded . The place was clean. Overall, it was ok.. It was annoying that the refrigerator was not plugged in. I had to pull it out myself and plug it in . They only give one key card, so the room is always hot when you get in.

Clean and quiet
Clean, spacious room. Nice downstairs restaurant area. Breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. Location is central. Metro station is a walk away. Pretty quiet at night, too!

This hotel is excellent value for money. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean, and the breakfast buffet had an impressive variety of Chinese and Western options. The service was friendly and efficient. The only downside was the location, it was a bit of walk to the metro station and there is nothing much to see, do or eat in the immediate neighborhood (perhaps it was quieter than usual due to Chinese New Year)

Very good stay
Very good stay. Location was great and close to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and some sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel felt secure. WiFi was good at times and not as good at other times.

徒歩圏内に地下鉄の最寄駅が2つと、バス停(浦東空港からの夜行バスも止まる)があるり、観光地の豫園や外灘にも徒歩で行ける　とても便利な立地でした。 部屋はとても綺麗で、アメニティも可愛らしく、快適です。毎日ペットボトルのお水、クッキーも補充してくれます。 何よりスタッフの方が、皆とても親切です。日本語は通じませんが英語で対応くれ、それでも私達が分から無い部分は　日本語に変換できる携帯のアプリを使って説明してくれました。 初めての上海でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました！

상하이에 가면 또 여기서 묵을 겁니다
깨끗하고 편안합니다~! 리모델링을 해서 그런지 가구나 욕실도 깨끗했고 청소 상태도 좋았습니다 직원들도 친절해서 항상 도움을 주려고 노력하는 모습이었습니다 객실은 약간 좁았지만 호텔에서 거의 잠만 잤기 때문에 큰 문제는 되지 않았고, 대세계 역 근처라 상하이 여러 관광지를 다니기도 매우 편리했습니다 다음에 또 상하이에 갈 일이 있다면 다시 이 곳에 묵을 겁니다

A/C not working. Worst hotel experience
A/C is not working and the room was so hot that i couldn't fall in sleep. I called front desk at 3am and was told we can't adjust each room's temperature individually. I was almost about to cancel my second day stay and was confirmed by the manager that room temperature can not be adjusted. That night i called again and had an engineer come up and check. He then told me how to adjust the temperature. Why can't the first 2 guys tell me what to do? I slept for only about couples of hours the first night.

4박 5일 숙박했는데 전혀 불편한 점 없이 잘 쉬다 왔습니다 딱 20대 정도가 사용하기 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요 청소도 매일 깨끗하게 해주시고 이 가격에 이정도 퀄리티면 되게 좋은 것 같아요! 지하철역이 엄청 가까운건 아니지만 주변에 역이 여러개라 원하는 곳으로 골라서 도보 10분이내로 다닐 수 있어요~ 추천합니당 (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و

Excellent location near the Bunde, fine staff, great room, nice green small park in fron t of the hotel!

Fantastic spot
We loved the location of this hotel as it wasn’t as pricey as being on the Bund but was so close to everything we came to Shanghai to see. The staff was great and the morning breakfast offered is fantastic. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
