"Unfortunately, every single time I am at this facility they don’t fail to disappoint. I try hard to avoid this hotel but sometimes I am forced to stay here. In this recent trip they give me a bad room first to only correct it with a better room, and there was a chaotic breakfast hosting with a wait time of over 30 minutes, which happens every single time at this hotel. I left without having breakfast and such a start ruins your day! While the junior staff try to be helpful (though their manners needs significant improvement) the worst part are the managers who stand at the lobby offering empty words but do very little to help. The senior the manager at this hotel the useless they are. I am sorry to be harsh but I really hope someone at a senior level pay attention and improve. I am surely not coming back here after today!"

"Property is well situated and shows well. One big complaint is that the TV in the room was not functioning and despite complaint the remote was replaced bot nothing worked."

"It was one of the best experiences I've had staying in hotels. Service is better than what I've had in USA. The only small thing for improvement I can point out is the carpet in the room, which I am not sure if it was outdated or just wasn't cleaned properly. But nothing terrible. Airport shuttle was provided for a little over Rs1400 and came within minutes. Stress free and relaxing stay before flight. Definitely 5 star experience. Thank you."
