"While traveling in Albania I have met the most wonderful people. Hotel Kaceli was no different. I found a friendly family atmosphere right from the beginning. I felt spoiled by their kind service and attention to detail. The many family-made products at the huge breakfast only added to the charm and to my enjoyment. Hotel Kaceli served as a wonderful home base to explore the charming town of Berat. I highly recommend it. "

"Cheap and cheerful, for £30 odd for a night, breakfast included it was really good value for money. The hotel staff were lovely, good working wifi and parking. Nice breakfast and easy to check in and out of. Good working air conditioning and a decent sized room. The only downside was the bathroom door didn’t shut properly as the handle on the inside was broken and the decor was a bit dated but again, can’t go wrong with the price, overall really good value for money. "
