"Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day....

"The owner is amazing. My phone had died so I didn't directions to get to the hotel. I found a shop owner that called her and she walked 10 minutes to where I was and walked me back. Each room is individualize and mine had a private entrance. There were lots of personal touches that made the place feel special. I can't recommend this hotel more. If I am ever back in Chania I will stay here again."

The hotel was not on a beach, it was further down the road and didn’t have sunbeds or any facilities. The bar/restaurant was more like a locals pub. "The hotel is very clean, the area is nice, you have a bus station to Chania 3 mins away from the hotel. Did not try the nearby restaurants but you have a couple of options from what I’ve seen. The only complaint would be that you need mobile data since the Wi-Fi is very slow, but mobile data has good speed so I didn’t mind."

"A very convenient location to get to the Chania airport for about 15 to 18 euros. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Be aware that rooms on the upper floors require walking up a marble winding staircase (no elevator). The friendly helpful staff are willing to help with your luggage if you ask. Overall a great place for an overnight."
