"The property it self was nice once you worked out the maze of entrances and where to find the Keys. Whilst there is parking it can be tight to navigate. upon arrival I was accosted by what I assume was a fellow guests looking for help in checking in, as it self check in. "The room was brutally hot during our stay, which didn't make for restful sleep. However, the staff were brilliant and provided us with brand new fans, and bottles of cold water which helped the kids get to sleep. The room itself is in need of a deep clean. We had a family room - the beds were really comfortable with clean bedding and towels. "Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and had air conditioning which was a welcome addition as we were there during a heatwave! We found the bed very hard and most uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and with nice toiletries. I cannot recommend the food. The menu is quite small. The food is poorly prepared. My husband had chilli con carne which was clearly microwaved and quite bland. I had a Caesar salad which I could not eat as it was...
