There were suspicious white and brown stains on the comforter, the A/C didn't work, there was a vomit stain on the floor, and the room smelled like weed. We ended up not staying the night and booking another hotel room entirely

For $90 a night they could do better. The lady was nice at the front desk. The first room they put us in the door was open and the lights were all on and the floor was dirty. She did change our room. The next room stunk horribly. The bedding was clean? But also had an odor to where I slept on my coat which I had to air out in the morning. The towels also had am odor to them.

Es una propiedad en horribles condiciones Había popo incrustada en la taza del baño telaraña y una araña en la tina, las toallas olían a drenaje y las sábanas estaban sucias la sobre cama olía a partes privadas ni siquiera pudimos quedarnos una sola noche tuvimos que salía para pagar en el otro hotel una habitación, y olía horrible mente a incienso de bruja. No es exageración es cierto. No entiendo como expedía puede estar usando lugares como estos en su aplicación en verdad es un gran robo porque no siquiera puedes aspirar a que te reembolsen ni un solo día de tan terrible lugar definitivamente creo q ya no buscaré en esta página hospedaje por q no es la primera vez que me pasa.

The first room we walked into hadn't been cleaned and it took multiple tries to get the key to work. We requested a change of room, which the staff accommodated. There are NO locks on the doors, so anyone with a master key could walk right into your room. We stacked the bed side table and a chair against the door to ensure no one could enter. There were dirty socks found behind the table when we moved it. The exterior of the building is deteriorating, the inside hallways smell awful. If we weren't completely out of other options we wouldn't have stayed here. We even debated sleeping in our car but thought that was a waste of $130. We slept on top of the comforters with our own blankets and pillows, it was that bad. The staff was nice and understanding, but I am not sure how they don't see how disgusting this place is? We didn't even attempt breakfast, who knows how that would turn out.

Staff at front desk was absent. Location was inconvenient/ desolate. Buildings were structurally divided and confusing. Did not feel welcoming nor safe. Breakfast was very meager. Rooms overpriced for the quality delivered.

Worst hotel I’ve ever booked in my life

It was so bad we went down the street and booked another hotel and of course they wouldn’t give us a refund, but we didn’t even care anything but staying there

set the air units at a reasonable temp

heater in room was set at 94 degrees so it was a sauna as soon as i stepped in the room outside temp was 35-40

This motel is quite run down and showing it's age. Our room was ok but the bed was much too soft. Hallway was dingy and the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed for a while. We had to leave early because of a family emergency but they would not give us a refund for our last night.

Upon arrival and trying to check in, our booking was not found. I explained that we booked through Expedia and then she apparently found us, but gave us a 1 bed room instead of 2 as booked. That was fixed, and the room was clean and decent itself so we stayed, but the free breakfast seemed to be bread and cereal that was left out all week (?) and the laundry service advertised on their website was also not available (and we had packed with the plan to do laundry to make it through our stay). We ended up going out to breakfast and buying clothes from Walmart across the street.

It was hard to find anyone working the front desk. The desk was always empty. Also, the "free breakfast" included two kinds of cereal and milk. There was coffee. That was it. No other choices other than cereal and milk. The wifi password wasn't provided. Also, the noise between rooms was very loud. The construction of the hotel must have very thin walls. The parking lot was in bad repair. The room was fine. We reserved a king-sized bed and received a full-sized bed. Not to keep going, but there were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. There were no vending machines or ice machine. It seems like this location is aiming at serving long-term residents rather than people staying for one or two days. This stay was NOT worth the money we spent. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment.

We didn’t even go in the building. It was run down on the outside. An old 4 wheeler and building materials piled around, my husband didn’t feel comfortable parking his truck there as we had many tools with and didn’t want to have them possibly stolen. Unfortunately had to forfeit one night stay $75 payment. Wish we could have that refunded as it was not as described

Nothing special.

It was an ok place for the price but I don't think I would recommend it to any of my friends or relatives. Tried to shower at 530am and NO hot water. The heating system wasn't functioning properly so it was either full heat or no heat. Fridge didn't work. Suppose to be no smoking but the hallway had heavy smoking odors.

Wasn't told about any food option. My room was dirty. My sink in the bathroom beds were never changed, found suck and change when pulled covers down. No covers over the bathroom vents, windows, dirty. Everything was disgusting. Had to ask for cleaning supplies, had to get another room. Due other family coming. Could not afford two, get another hotel already.Paying for 2 rooms. Had to ask for cleaning supplies, they gave us windex. That did not spray bleach and water combined in a spray bottle and a vacuum. We also got sheets for the beds. Didn't sleep good wondering if there was bugs, it was awful. Honestly, we should get all of our money back plus the second room. We had to pay there, and she charged us eighty dollars, just awful, worn down scary place

Made my reservation in February for a stay in May, requesting 3 rooms with double queens plus paying for an extra guest in one of the rooms. Upon arrival we had the three rooms, none of which was near each other. The room I stayed in had 1 queen, a room that I assumed could sleep 5!!!!! So....feels like a price adjustment MUST be made. Management said they never charge for extra guests and i should take it up with expedia. I also assumed that a 3 month lead would be time enough to get 3 rooms together, not spread all around the property. Two of the rooms were not provided with all items necessary to make them functional, didn't like the all the holes in the curtains. And, about the breakfast included part...there were a few slices of bread, jelly 2 dry cereals and apple juice...don't call that a enough. That was breakfast the first morninig.2nd morning the door was LOCKED so there was absolutely nothing available. More price adjustment needed. Do yourself a favor and disassociate yourself from this place. It's a real dump. Will expect to hear from you to rectify all the wrong here that cost me almost $500.

Went to check in nobody aound ran buzzer and called property waited 20mins and mobody showed went to eat called third finally answered and got checked in. Beds are out dated very poor.
