Thank you for giving us an opportunity to explain the vague check-in time. According to our confirmation check in is after 4:00pm. This guest had asked to check in sooner. We are happy to have early check-ins, no problem. But we have more then one property. So our cleaning staff is busy moving between all properties. When a place is ready, depends on when the last guest checked out, how much cleaning needs to be done, if extra maintenance needs to be done and when the cleaners can get to that unit. As soon as they are done with a unit, a welcome sign goes up for the next guest. Our guests are welcome to check for their welcome sign and check in early if they wish. It is nice to hear that everything else met your needs. thank you,, management

Thank you for your review. Yes, we did have to upgrade you to a different suite at no extra cost. This was done because our other guest had physical limitations and needed to be in a room on the ground floor. Second, there are instructions on the door for the coded locks. The first solution it gives if your code does not work is to make sure you are standing at the door with your name on it. Because you checked in on a different day then our other guest, we did not notice that the names were so similar. (but correctly spelled). With that in mind, the second name on the welcome sign did not belong to anyone else in her party. When Shelley called for help it was apparent that she was already very angry for the 10 minute inconvenience. After that problem was solved, she called us again to inform us she had rented a place with 4 beds, but there were only 2 in the unit. We pointed out the 2 twin Murphy beds, you could just feel her anger through the phone. After reading her review, we did lay on the murphy beds to test them and we were not able to feel any lumps, they have normal mattresses on them. Not a roll away, futon or something that was not a real bed. Up until this review, no one has ever complained about them. As far as the sofas go, they are not recliners. Because guest kept breaking the recliners we had in the past, we specifically purchased sofas that did not recline. It was apparent from the beginning that Shelley was very angry and would give us bad reviews. As Shelley said they had difficulties with their flight and it was late at night, which made her already tired and short tempered. At the time we were hoping after a good nights sleep Shelley would feel better in the morning, but apparently that was not the situation.
