Breakfast buffet is an excellent deal for the money as well. All of my basic needs were thoughtfully met. Francisca at the bar was lovely, too!"

I found the hotel overpriced. Good location, right near Union Station and the restaurant The Dubliner int the hotel was very good"

"Everything was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this hotel. The only concern I had was that I had an emergency and couldn’t check out because I was in a hurry. I called the staff, but no one answered. Eventually, someone did answer, but they hung up on me without knowing that I had an emergency. They didn’t seem to be aware of the situation and didn’t take any action to help me."
