Lovely views of Marina, Free easy access parking in basement of property with lift to apartments. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants beach and catamaran across to Setubal. Very quiet in October as off peak. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Good apartment

The apartment was water front over the quiet esplanade. All was good with apartment. Luckily I had an end apartment so extra windows in bedroom and bathroom. Facilities in apartment all worked.

Horrible communication, Hard to find check in location. even harder to find apartment. Dirty apartment in with lack of upkeeping with leaky shower that got all the floor wet. it seems that it has been happening for a while because all the wood surrounding the bathroom door is all swollen. the bathroom door cannot be closed. the toilet spills water everywhere when flushed, the spare bed is super noisy. What a terrible experience.

O apartamento era ótimo! O elevador de acesso à garagem desligado, ou seja, dois andares de subida com malas…O check in em outro prédio nao muito perto, acho algo que desabona. Mas a localização do apartamento excelente, iremos retornar no verão!

Incrível, excelente o Troia Residence Marina, vista pro Rio, fantásticos o apartamento, o restaurante, a vista e a estadia. Mas o check-in é em outro local. Ninguém me informou isso é eu fiquei rodando junto com Waze até descobrir.

Apartamento muy grande y espacioso para dos personas con terraza con vistas a la marina. Buen equipamiento de la cocina incluyendo lavavajillas (la campana solo se permite usar hasta las 23:00h), cocina de vitrocerámica no inducción. Gran baño con bañera y espacioso. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear. La decoración es bastante escasa. Paredes manchadas y las lámparas necesitan un cambio. No hay tv en el dormitorio.

Great property, centrally-located on the Troia Marina. Close proximity to the beaches and ferry. The Duplex is large and could accommodate 4 adults, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the views are to die for;

Estadia excelente, o apartamento está muito bem localizado, bem equipado, bem refrigerado (a nossa estadia coincidiu com os dias mais quentes no país) e limpo. Apenas faço uma critica positiva, senti a falta de um micro ondas. Recomendo sem qualquer dúvida.

Apartamento moderno, com parqueamento de acesso direto ao prédio. Wi-Fi rápido. Limpeza de 2 em 2 dias. Não tem muita oferta de lojas de conveniência, só o Meu Super a 5 minutos a pé. A cama podia ser muito mais confortável. Experiência agradável e perto da praia.
