The cooking staff although accommodating, might be well served with a few suggestions on continental food preparation (eggs, fish and even some local foods, which were cooked with more than adequate oil.) "Booked 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds in each room and paid for it while booking and confirmed. When we got there the staff said they sold the room to someone else so the rooms i booked wasn't available for us. Since it was late and we were to tired to go look for another hotel, we had to settle for what was available and it did not meet what i paid for. These guys like to scam people knowing late at night no one is going to look for another hotel and they can make more money scamming people like...

"When we reached at hotel, hotel owner, staff were started denying of any reservation of my name. After spending almost of 30-40 mins, showing all proof then they started saying we offer you this room just like we are begger at their hotel. Very unprofessional attitude from them. We were their with my infant kid, there is no hot water in room during our winter season visit to Pokhara. Food taste is not good. Very bad experience."
