Do not stay here

As a tourist from the UK, I would not recommend this place at all. I would use the term hotel loosely. It is an old building and requires reburbishing. The lighting is poor in the room. Toilet condition is horrific and door didnt lock. No one comes to clean the room whilst you stay there so we stayed 3 nights. Had to ask for toilet rolls, a bin bag and water refreshments as no one cleans rooms you end up doing it yourself. Communication is poor -not a single member of staff understands english so they pull out their phones and open google translate. Seems there is only one cleaner for the hotel and 2 guys that are at reception. We messaged the hotel 2 months at the point of booking and they agreed late checkout at 14.00. On the day of leaving the staff were being funny even though we had proof of the email response from the hotel we even informed them the day before leaving we would be leaving at 14.00 as agreed. They were asking for payment. I don’t know how hotels.com has allowed this place to be listed its frankly not up to standard and certainly not worth the money paid. Stains on bedsheets. Breakfast was included however breakfast was only bread, eggs and butter. Someone seriously needs to look into the standards of this hotel. Do not stay here

Bruit et barrière linguistique

L'établissement est bien situé dans le village de Belek (mais loin d'Antalya, et de la mer, il faut savoir). Le personnel est aimable mais l'un des employés, bien que serviable, ne parlait aucune autre langue importante d'Europe occidentale (ni anglais, ni français, ni espagnol), ce qui est incompréhensible pour un hôtel accueillant une clientèle internationale. Il faut un minimum d'anglais au moins! Le jour de mon arrivée, l'ascenseur de fonctionnait pas. Le ménage du premier jour n'a pas été fait par manque de communication (barrière linguistique). Les serviettes ressemblaient à du carton. (Il m'était impossible de les utiliser et j'ai dû acheté les miennes! Du jamais vu!) L'hôtel est très bruyant. Des bruits de l'autoroute d'à côté sont très audibles jusqu'à tard dans la nuit et très tôt le matin. (Il n'y a pas de double vitrage.) Il y avait aussi des bruits provenant de la rue commerçante tard dans la nuit, parfois, et des claquements de portes par d'autres clients de l'hôtel. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, il vaut mieux éviter...

Meilleur hotel

Je vous recommande cette hôtel les yeux fermés. Un responsable très accueillant, aux petits soins. Durant notre séjour il s’est renseigné plusieurs fois pour nous. Chambre très spacieuse, propre, climatisation (réglable), emplacement parfait (pleins centre), bus+ taxi a 100m de lhotel. A 10min de the land of legend, 10 min de la plage. Si un jour nous revenons dans cette ville nous serons ou aller !
