"Kari who checked us in was so helpful and was quick! We got an upgrade for having to wait only 15 minutes and we arrived before check in time. Courtyard was beautiful and inviting! My only complaints are the room we were in the sink lights only had one out of three lights working. The free breakfast was great but bakery things were hard and the hot items weren’t kept up and stocked."

"You would think that the Hilton could do better than angel soft single ply toilet paper, and soaps that don't make you smell like an old lady, or have a bed that doesn't sink in the middle. Speaking of sinks, the drain plug popped off with the smallest touch. They don't even offer breakfast, and expect you to shell out at their restaurant. Unless you don't have to worry about money, you would be better off at a Best Western, where us basic plebians go to have a better experience than the Hilton can provide."

"The deadbolt didn’t lock or even line up properly to lock, a glasses lens was found in the made “clean” bed the peep hole cover was popped off so I could stick a Q-Tip all the way through and out the other end, I feared for my safety all night and don’t recommend to anyone female to stay there and feel unsafe with a child."

"The most important thing - the bed and pillows were hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. I got a handicapped room without being told it was one…and I didn’t want or request one."

"The motel was run down and desk area was dirty. Our room had no heat and it was 20 degrees outside. The smoke alarm was missing, bed were bowed in the middle needing to be replaced. Trim around the sink was laying on the floor and there was only 1 towel. The desk person was very rude and refused to answer the front deck bell or do anything to try and fix the heat. She argued with my husband that the heat just took time to warm up but it had been on for over 30 min. Fire Marshall needs to be called!"

"We had two hand lotions instead of 1 lotion and 1 soap. The refrigerator didn’t work. Overall it’s kind of what you expect for a cheap hotel, but wasn’t terrible."

"The room was comfortable, however, the drapes were dirty and had small holes in them. The beds were soft. The staff person servicing the breakfast area was very good at keeping everything full and clean"
