Personal lungert den ganzen Tag an der Rezeption herum und spielt mit dem Smartphone anstatt sich um Zimmer und Gäste zu kümmern. Wir haben 1 Woche gebucht und sind am 2 Tag vorzeitig abgereist. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt ( der Dreck von den Gästen vor uns war noch zu sehen) Die Toiletten stark verschmutzt durch Kot und Urin. Der Fernseher nicht funktionstüchtig. Klimaanlage extrem laut.

Das Hotel liegt neben der Moschee. Das Hotelpersonal stellt ab 8 Uhr morgens die Musik an und besitzt leider eine relativ gute Anlage. Durch die Vibration des Basses ist an schlafen nicht mehr zu denken

sehr nette Unterkunft

alles war bestens, die Lage ist perfekt, man ist von der Hauptstrasse aus in einer kleinen Seitenstrasse in einem Hintwehof. Man ist also mit dem Roller in 30-60 Sekunden auf der Hauptstrasse in Senggigi, und dennoch hat man es sehr ruhig im Hotel. Die Lage ist super zentral mit vielen Restaurants (Warungs).

Reasonable Accommodation

The room was comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The welcome drink was very nice. The A/C unit in my room had a terrible rattle. Some general advice : When I departed I asked for details on the airport bus to be told it was cancelled today. When I asked why I was told it was just closed. This happens in some places as you're then 'helped' with a much more expensive taxi ride. I ignored the receptionists advice, walked less than 10 minutes and there was an airport bus waiting at the bus stop. The bus was a good service. It's nice to know your options.

Comfortable, great location but bathroom smelled

My sister and I stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The location was very good. You can walk to restaurants and the beach. The swimming pool is small and the pool area is fine but nothing special. The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom drain smelled bad. I would recommend this place if you spend most of the time out and use this as somewhere to stay.

Hotel with Charactor in cenral an quiert position

The hotel is showing a nice sharm the staff is very friendly, the hotel is position in a quiet but central position in senggigi. It is a vary nice place to relax and to enjoy the island

泊まるだけなら十分なホテル、ただしタオルが生臭い

夜中の到着、翌朝にはギリ島へ移動するため、寝るだけのホテルとして利用しました。 レイトチェックインは問題ありませんでしたし、メールの返信もとても早かったです。 ウェルカムドリンクとして、ソフトドリンクなら何でも1本冷蔵庫から取っていいよという気前の良さ。 部屋は狭いながらも清潔感があり、テレビも見れて快適でした。 ここまでは値段に対して十分なパフォーマンスでした。 ただ1点、バスタオルがとても生臭かったです。 夫は気にしていませんでしたが、私はとても容認できませんでした。 これさえなければまた利用したかったので残念です。 タオル持参であれば問題ないと思います。

perfect spot

we booked for 3 nights and extended to 4 as needed another night before moving on. It is situated in the centre and is clean, tidy, friendly and great value for money. Only compalint would be the mosque waking me but that's not the hotels fault.

Hidden Oasis

a lovely oasis in the town, this small friendly hotel is tucked away off the street down a small alley it is well signed to help you find it, but once you enter through the gates into the court yard you could be anywhere. The gardens are beautifully planted and maintained, the rooms are set around a small swimming pool, each with outdoor seating area and table. there is a small restaurant and dining tables dotted throughout so you can take breakfast by the pool or close to your room if you prefer. Breakfast was included and choices provided. We had a deluxe room, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, in fact these pillows were the best I have experienced in any hotel anywhere! the room was clean, great air-con and en-suite with hot shower. the staff were helpful and friendly, spoke great english. we really enjoyed our stay here a lovely little hotel and would definitely go back. it is situated close to the mosque and call to prayer can be heard but for us we were never awoken by it

Sehr gutes, kleines Hotel

Zimmer mit Bad, Klimaanlage, Fernseher und kostenfreiem Wlan. Alles sehr sauber, wird täglich gereinigt. Kleiner Garten mit Liegestühlen und Pool. Nicht sehr groß, aber zum Abkühlen völlig ausreichend. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Obst, Toast und Eierspeisen, sowie Kaffe oder Tee soviel man möchte. Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Alle sprechen sehr gut Englisch.

Inoubliable

un grand merci à tout le staff qui à fait de notre séjour un moment inoubliable. Nous devions, mon conjoint et moi, rester 3 jours au final nous sommes restés une semaine grâce à toute l' équipe qui est aux petits soins, souriante et d une extreme gentillesse. En ce qui concerne l Hotel, îl est tres mignon, bien placé, la literie est confortable, petit déjeuner copieux, piscine agréable . Les plats de Marlyn le cuisinier sont délicieux! Nous avons du coup mangé tous les soirs à l Hotel. Merci à toute l equipe pour cet agréable séjour: tout D abord Sry, puis Marlyn, andrei, Mama, aprylia, titi mar et tous les autres dont je n ai pas reussi à retenir le nom. Vous allez me manquer. Â bientot j espère!

Nice hotel off the main road

Off the main road, but within walking distance to beach and shops. There are signs to point you in the right direction once you are on Jl. Arjuna. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the check in process was very easy and I thoroughly enjoyed my welcome drink. The room was comfortable with a big bed, working air con, great wifi, and a TV. Bathroom was average. Breakfast was great, and there are plenty of options to order if you want a larger meal. Tip: print out reservation or write down address to provide to taxi driver, carry a torch.

Small rooms, isolated entry and stressful checkout

The rooms are very small, no space to work at the computer. The entry is far from the street and accessible only by walk. There is no deference between standard and deluxe room. The personnel stressed me to checkout at 11:00 although the fact that the checkout time is 12:00! Not worth the money spent!
