"We booked in a 4 star hotel a room with beautiful pictures. We specifically searched for a room with 4 single beds which was when we booked. When arrived we had a ok room which did not look like the pictures and had a double bed and a fold out sofa bed with a very bad matras. So that was disapointing.
The next morning the hotel wasn’t 4 star as described but 3 star. And the breakfast was very minimal, eggs overcooked, almost no healthy options and cucumber sliced with a dirty knife. In the end...

"Absoluter Geheimtipp!

"We had a third floor room with a view out onto the park. That was really good. The room is large with large windows. It was also quiet. The digital check-in was difficult because it was geared for German speakers. As an English speaker it was a bit trying. No details were sent on the day of check-in but we eventually figured it out with help from staff online. Otherwise, I liked the proximity to old town and shops."
