It was well maintained and the staff were very helpful. However, there is a lot of traffic in the area and there is no convenience store or pharmacy within 5 min walking distance.

The W has a cool vibe, excellent food and helpful staff. The main pools that are inspired by rice fields are amongst the best pools in Bali. The ocean facing rooms are fantastic.

Room is extremely spacious with two queen sized beds for myself and my two children. Bose speakers, excellent rain shower. Grounds are immaculate and the jewel of the crown is the pool area which just invites you to relax with the cosy palm trees providing great shade. Service is top notch from when you arrive, can't fault. Buffet breakfast is also excellent with many options you can order from the menu also. Well done W!

Beyond Expectations!
Customer service was above and beyond expectations. We stayed in an ocean view room for 3 nights which was beautiful, then did a pool villa for 2 nights. Felt a bit more connected to the hotel in the hotel room but the villa was lovely and there were buggies to come pick you up that came swiftly. The food at Fire restaurant was amazing! Highly recommend at least one breakfast there…the French toast was delicious! The dinner was also spectacular at Fire with a special tour when you arrive which was really cool! Loved our stay here!

We stayed in the Villa and it was absolutely stunning. You get what you pay for (and this place is not cheap). It was very clean and well maintained, everyone was always smiling, and happily greeted or spoke to you. Was the best experience. Thank you!!

Five star plus stay.
Amazing one night stay (on a cruise but will be back. Hotel and grounds outstanding, staff and service exceptional. Been lucky enough to stay in some wonderful places around the World but this is top of the list. We will be back as loved Bali and the hotel.

Great resort, service was excellent. Food was to die for. Towels need to be replaced old and stained both in the bathrooms and by the pool. More complimentary of offers would be also be good to be included.

I stayed at Marvelous Pool Villa with my husband. The staff was friendly and the facilities were great, so it was worth the $840. Swimming in the private pool was especially fantastic and I would definitely visit again if I ever go to Bali.

Really enjoyed my stay! The staff was very helpful and the resort was very clean. My one complain was the restaurant starfish bloo was very mediocre: service was slow and the food was just ok.

Love the W Seminyak. Staff are 10/10. They all take a genuine interest in their guests! Property could do with a bit of a face lift at this stage though! Didn't impact my stay at all, just if I had to be picky!

Hotel and property was nice, but in my opinion the quality probably doesn’t match upto the price they charge. Rooms were fine and staff tried to keep it clean but the flooring in the bathroom itself seemed a lot worn out. Paid Request for extra bed (as part of original booking) was entertained but was terrible, on day-1, upon raising it to service manager an extra layer of comforter was added. As a matter of apology there were some complimentary basket of fruits provided but there was missing cutlery left me wondering how do I eat a dragon-fruit, mangosteen etc and taste of fruits we ate (apples, bananas) left a lot to be desired in terms of taste. Breakfast fruits were far better finely chopped and neatly presented and natural taste as well. Checkin experience was also not so pleasant and clearly not the Bali hospitality you expect (maybe probably because it was not via hotel directly but through a third party), we checked for an upgrade an response was ahh you need check on your booking website. staff at restaurants (fire, starfish bloo and woo bar), house keeping, pool service was always excellent and lived up to Bali culture (apart from the call service bells by the cabana and pool which never worked once in 3 days we tried). In short amazing property, direct beach access, good restaurants but leaves a bit more to be desired for a 5 start service and the associated cost.

Stayed 10 nights in the W, was amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful with great facilities and rooms but it’s the staff that truly make the experience. From moment I arrived I was made to feel welcomed and cared for, a approach that never changed for the whole ten nights. Hotel lived up to and beyond expectations of a five star hotel. For anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Bali, with great sea views and amazing sunsets I can’t recommend The W enough !
