Terrible booking experience with Hotels.com..lost booking..but on arrival at hotel..friendly face from many prior visits..quiet room at end of corridor..marvellous 3 nights..back in Dec..and hotel Management cancelled my New Year booking after 9months confirmation..but Agoda relocated immediately
I was a little disappointed as there were no directions on how to use the digital tv box and very disappointed as there was no mini bar fridge. Also with no signage outside you would never know there is a hotel behind the laundry very very stupid as how they expect to have all rooms occupied without location signs for advertising
