"The staff was sooooo sweet and helpful.i had the best stay."

"The mattresses were very worn. I have never been in a hotel that the mattresses were hollowed out. Very uncomfortable."

"Good.Crean.Nice for Covid19 time. They try take care us."

"The lobby was never opened. They didn’t have coffee. He said they didn’t do that. The TV had no remote control and I could not get it to work. No refrigerator. No microwave will probably not be there again."

"My husband and I love this property! Super cool finishes and unique!"

"The hotel was pretty much an ordinary no frills place to shower and sleep. We had a double queen room but unfortunately the bed I slept in was worn out. I literally slept in a body long groove in the mattress. The toilet seat was broke as well."

"Downstairs bathrooms were closed off - The lady at the front desk was fairly rude."

"The room was very clean. The bed felt amazing! And the air worked great! It was in a great location with lots of food places around!"

"All reflected in rating. Comfortable bed, clean, convenient to highway, friendly staff, great hot breakfast food. Coffee available all day in the lobby, but no coffeemaker in the rooms."

"Check in was easy. Single king room was nice. However when it was time for bed our a/c unit started making a terrible rattling sound. The phone wouldn’t work to call the front desk. Had to go downstairs to speak to staff — upon speaking to staff, the person behind the counter proceeded to tell my husband that it was just how the compressor sounded when it kicked on. It was a very loud RATTLING — it was NOT normal. Then proceeded to tell my husband that they didn’t have another room on that floor...

"Muy mal no me regresaron a mi tarjeta el cargo de 75 usd por “incidentals”, les mandé mail y no han tenido la decencia de contestar"

"I was really pleased with our room. It was thoughtfully laid out and furnished. We were so comfortable and the breakfast was very good. They served cooked oatmeal instead of the usual instant sweetened kind. I will come again."

"Location was great, and parking garage next door. That’s really all nice I can say…. Staff was friendly, but not much they could do. Indoor pool was closed for maintenance (only reason we chose this hotel) breakfast was minimal just really yoghurt and jars of cereal…. Waffle maker but it was constantly out of waffle mix . Disappointed over-all. Just very run down. I never leave reviews, but I always read them before booking. Wish someone had left an honest review."
