"The hotel room was nice and clean and my daughter liked the four-poster bed. When it is hot outside the room does become very warm. Breakfast was good. Dinner in the restaurant is good but choice was limited. Personnel very friendly. Dieffenthal is very small but Selestat nearby is a nice place with enough restaurants as well."

"I stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was really friendly. The check in process was easy, note that the check in times on hotels.com are not correct and you can check in later. I'd contact the hotel to confirm. They spoke multiple languages at the hotel, which was helpful and were very nice. The restaurant was really good for dinner and reasonably priced. "This was the first stop after 600 miles driving only to find the hotel locked up. I had seen that the Restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday (from their own website, but not Hotels.com) one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, but did not expect the Hotel to be closed.
