Very nice location and hospitality. The decor of the hotel was really nice and still cozy. Rooms are tiny and there is problem with water drainage in the shower. But it seems all because of its location in historical sites. If you are many, more than two persons in one room, you might need to take turn to take shower in the morning or in the evening. or at least 20~30 minutes gap between showers.
Be aware that there is no desk, no chair or luggage rack in the room. You have to put the luggage on the ground then no space to walk around. Room and hall way is very dark. The bathroom is also small, no hair dryer, the shower head spread water wide that you can't get any water to your body. Drain plugged with standing water in the shower chamber at all time. No rack to hang towel or clothes in the bathroom (also very dark).
the hotel is in a good location despite the hill to get there, a short walk down the hill to the little town with good restaurants. the owner Nazmir(sp?) was very frienfly and helpful, but assistant not always responding in a welcoming way.
the room is quite small and basic.the internet did not work well at anytime and that was frustrating as I needed to keep up with my work.
I had a nice chat with Nazir about both isdues and was assured they would improve.
for a few days stay to visit Ephesus and a day trip to Pamukkale I would recommend this hotel. They offer a free shuttle to and from Ephesus archaeological site.
