The accommodation was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and the onsen was wonderful. The little extras made the stay even better, gift in the fridge, fresh water each day, free ice cream and yakult when using the onsen, the manga library and storing our bags post stay before we caught our train. ...

The staff at reception were very welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The location was great, right opposite the station.
