"Amazing swimming pool however it could be colder in this heat. Rooms were always cleaned impeccably. The food at the hotel was amazing so many choices and so delicious. However, we were asked to pay £50 to have an early check in, We’ve never experienced this with any Radisson branch or any hotel for that matter. We might be asked to wait for our rooms to be ready if we are early but never to pay for early check in hence why I’m giving 4 stars, the amount was not reasonable. I want to give a special thanks to Han who was always so lovely at breakfast."
