"We did not like paying for a resort fee for not using the pool or gym. You should connect the room card to those amenities so only the people who use those things get charged. We did love the fireplaces outside to enjoy a book being read or enjoying a glass of wine. There does need to be security for those areas as some strange homeless people were sifting through ashtrays for cigarettes and a lot of them are mentally unstable."

"Staff was nice, location was great, bed was pretty comfortable! Relatively quiet except for the AC unit- it worked great but was very loud. Decent room, but definitely older and looking a bit run down. Breakfast was pretty good and had quite a few options! Great coffee shop and pizza place right across the street and easy bus access. I’d stay here again, but it could definitely use a refresh!"

"There seems to a plumbing issue going on with the property. Granted that it's 3 stories but the drainage does not seem to work very well when the shower is running and toilet is very slow flushing. The water pipes rattled a bit as well when turned on. AC unit was ok, not great. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was very quiet."
