"Convenient location for My Visit Nice Place"

"The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The only Con about the room we had is that it is connected with another room so you can hear everything from that room. Overall we loved the stay and can’t wait to go back!!"

"Great spot love the stay"

"Staff very helpful. Breakfast not so good."

"We booked a couple nights to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday. We stayed in unit 12 and we all loved it! The grounds were perfectly manicured, the river view was mesmerizing and the space was comfortable. Everything I needed was available from the coffee filters to the dish soap and sponge. I admire their love and support of coffee consumption! We took a kayak trip across to a couple of the Spoil Islands and the trip was the perfect distance for some exploration for a family of 4 with...

"Friendly staff and very comfortable room. Great breakfast as well."

"Todo excelente"

"Room had floss on floor in bathroom. And water left in fridge from previous guest."

"I really love the front desk people. I've stayed twice here and each time they were super helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel is a little questionable though, as my first stay there was black mold in the bathroom and the second stay there was an odor of mildew throughout the hotel and hair in the bathtub and toilet paper on the floor."

"I was happy to get a King size bed in my room but when I opened up the Twin sized sofa bed to put some of my things on it was filthy. It had no sheets but a cover & it had a lot of food crumbs and stains on it. I returned it to the laundry & I got 2 sheets to put on it. The "shower walls" were sticky & dirty so I wasn't very pleased about that either."

"The fridge was not clean. Dirty dishes and pans left in the dishwasher. Several holes in the walls. TV remote had dead batteries. Window air conditioners had gaps around the units letting warm air in from outside. Bugs would scatter in the kitchen when the lights were turned on. Debris scattered all over the property from long term residents. If you choose to stay here, beware."
