"After checking in at the front desk and was given my room key, I proceeded to my room. As I was opening the door to my room it was quite apparent that a couple in a nearby room was loudly enjoying the afternoon. Soundproofing could be improved"

"Honestly I’m not a picky person but our room definitely seem like it was not cleaned before we had access to it.
