Fairmont Olympic Hotel
"They had only one person at the reception. For a 5 star hotel that's not acceptable. Even 4 star hotels have multiple people at reception to assist their customers. Also they didn't have a trash can in their lobby, or by the valet parking, I had to carry the trash with me to the airport. Won't come ..."
