Very friendly and welcoming staff. We didn't need the kitchen for this trip, but it has a nearly full size fridge/freezer and a stove top with dishes, which is very nice. Very cute hotel, beautifully decorated, very pop art, fabulous grand piano in the lobby, fantastic friendly staff, comfy beds, pet friendly, great to have water you can fill your water bottles with and fantastic location steps from climate pledge. We will be back.
