Twice I got into the elevator and someone’s dog had left a big puddle. Then when I left the elevator wasn’t working and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs.

Usefull

Close to the airport which makes it great seems like an old hotel, that could use a room renovation. The walls are thin and you can listen to every step on the hallway. Love that its pet friendly.

Too Bad!

The front Desk people were very nice and check in and check out where good. The hotel is dark inside and not appealing feeling. The room was OK but the sink in the bathroom was plug and never was fixed which made it hard for us. Lucky there was a kitchen sink. Very noisy outside the area in early mornings. I will not stay here again.

The bar was not set very high for this hotel stay, but it proved to be a highly un-enjoyable stay. My family and I stayed here for 4 nights, and we tried our best to only go there to sleep because the smell in the hotel was terrible! As soon as we’d walk in the doors, we were hit with such a pungent odor of something that resembled stale cigarette and garbage.... our sofa bed came with no bedding, and when we called we were informed they did not have a house keeping crew and we’d have to go get it if we wanted it. The rooms were not once tidied up, and on the last day we had to walk down to the front for toilet paper. Like I said, we weren’t expecting much, but the smell, service and general conditions make this stay almost unbearable. Save yourself the headache and find a different hotel.

Aloha 🌺 I asked to view a room & the hotel Mgr showed me. I was surprised how big the room was. That’s when the Mgr told me this is a deluxe version in their brand.

Room stay

The room was clean overall except for the pullout bed. There were crunched up crackers under the cushions. Housekeeping cleaned them up promptly. The hotel didn’t have any coffee filters available, so I used a paper towel. Christina at the front desk was amazing! She was quick to get us the dishes we needed, and she was very friendly. All in all our stay was not bad, and the price is appropriate for the room minus the crackers!

Trailer parking, nice employees

Customer service was excellent, the inside of the room was clean but they didn’t have a king bed and hallways smelt of weed or some awful smell. We had a trailer which there was plenty of parking so that was good, there was some sketchy people hanging outside and I was worried they were going to break into my truck but everything was untouched.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness front desk. Plus it’s located close to other grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops. Although I understand why all the pots, plates, and silverware where taken out of the room, I’d would have appreciated if they had left a few Biodegradable plates and silverware for us to use, that way it minimizes water usage and can be thrown away after the stay. I’d also suggest the room have an HDMI cable and not just a DVD player, so guests can connect the TV to their laptops to stream other services. I would recommend this stay to others.

Smelly, dirty rooms and loud kids

I was staying for the week for business and was expecting a clean, comfortable took. The first room was old, but clean. On my third day while at work there was a water leak in the bathroom. Maintenance came in the room and shut the water off and took the bathroom apart. I was not notified and discovered this after I got back in the evening. The front desk person was very n nice and relocated me to another room, but finding scouter room that didn't smell like smoke, mold, body odde, it just plain disgusting dirty turned into a challenge. We ( the front desk person and myself) went into 8 rooms before we found one. Even the room I was finally moved to smelled lightly of cigarette smoke, had a broken curtain, hanging smoke detector, old and dirty furniture. I should have just left bit it already had been a long day at work and I was exhausted. That evening/night there were kids playing no in the hotel somewhere in my same end of the hall as my room making a bunch of noise. It was one of my worst experience ever at a hotel and I travel a great deal due to my work. Save yourself grief and frustrating experiences and do not stay here. Other Extended Stay America hotels I have stayed at were great, just avoid this one.

The room was next to an exit and it was very loud everytime someone woyld comein and out. Guest were very loud at very late times.

I was placed in room 111. Doors slammed and people argued continuously in my hallway. I called the front desk and alerted them but we're unable to help the situation. His was very disheartening because I paid alot of money for a very disturbing stay. The police should have been called to handle the situation, if the front desk couldn't get the guests to comply by the rules
