"Not a great part of town but I really like the gate and as soon as you go through the gate, everything is perfect very clean and very nice inside and out. Office staff were super nice and friendly and very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and shopping nearby. Couple of things to notate for fellow travelers is very small bars of soap and a small packet of shampoo and conditioner (I’m sure the nice office staff would give you more if you asked but we didn’t) also both beds were very...

"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was courteous. The temperature of the room was adjustable. A grocery store, restaurants, and bus stops were within easy walking distance. The staff gave me a firm pillow, after I mentioned that the ones on the bed were too squishy."

"From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be a unique (in the best way) experience. There is no grand entrance or elaborate lobby, but the building itself is impressive and fits naturally into its park setting. The location does mean there are no restaurants or conveniences within walking distance. They make up for that lack with ample trails to get your heartbeat up. I can understand the absence of a pool, but given the colder Washington temperatures, a hot tub would have been a welcome...

"I didn't care for how the bed was made with one gigantic sheet and two huge pillow like comforters, one on either side of the bed. I also didn't care for the overly complicated coffeemaker. Both of these are extremely minor nitpicks, my problem is ultimately that I think I probably ended up paying more for these unnecessary and strange flourishes."

"Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money."

"Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle."

"The property was in a great location with wonderful staff, but for the price not the greatest. Rooms were okay, rips in the couches and bedding. Pool is really enclosed and dingy. Mold inside the hot tub. Place needs a refresh."

"Great stay. The host was very responsive and space was beautiful. More than sufficient laundry facilities, privacy, and lovely location. The only drawback was parking. If you have no need for a vehicle, perfect otherwise you may need to hunt down a spot some days. It really depends on time of day and day of week. Street parking but it's free so that is a bonus. I met some really great fellow travelers as well."
