"The hotel hallways and stairwells reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. We were with m another family that experienced the same in their area of the hotel. The chair in our room was completely broken, shower and bathroom son would not drain. The other family with us reported mold in their refrigerator and dirty blankets. When we asked the staff if we could possibly move to another room - we were told they were fully booked except for smoking rooms. We also needed a couple of towels (family of 4 with only 2 towels in the rooms). When we asked the staff for two more towels they only had 1 towel and a bath mat. they didn’t have any more towels. We weren’t expecting a five star experience - but have stayed in plenty of hotels at the same rate with no issues at all. We even tried to call hotels within the area to see if we could switch hotels completely, and unfortunately nothing was available.i wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"The staff that I interacted with were amazing and very helpful, but the cleanliness and some building maintenance was less then ideal. The toilet in our room was loose and moved around. The pool area when I went in the morning was dirty and handicapped lift was left down in the pool and there were no towels. The TV in our room didn't work but the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in fixing the problem but then the TV was set for Spanish. The breakfast area was good but with one waffle maker did make for headaches with some guests. The fresh water with lemon was awesome and the room was everything that I needed at that moment. Like I said the staff I did come in contact with were very helpful and really were doing the best they could."

"Perfect location and exceptional service!"I had a wonderful night stay here. The location is unbeatable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to provide local dining recommendations. The room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was very fast. Highly recommend!"

"the staff was friendly and helpful checking in and out. the breakfast was ok a lot of options. the rooms were big and clean. we used washer and dryer and the washer was dirty. it really needs to be cleaned. the other issue was that it was really noisy. we could hear bangs and loud talking until late at night. it finally settled down. there were lots of young baseball players with families at the hotel. lots of outlets and restaurants at walking distance. if you will be going to beach you will have to drive about 20 mins. to far to walk. but ok hotel."

"The hotel was okay. The rooms were very humid which made everything extremely sticky and wet. Because of all the moisture in the room there was mold all over the ceilings .When the room made warmer, it smelled like urine. The room was not cleaned the entire time that we were there, even when we asked for it to be cleaned. We had to ask for new towels. Everyday our key card stopped working and we had to find a staff member to reset our card every time which was not always easy. We were also not provided with soap to wash our hands. I would only recommend staying at this hotel if you are on an extremely tight budget. The staff at the front desk were kind. The cleaning lady seemed bothered anytime we asked for items. When we asked for things to be cleaned and replaced she came into our room while we were trying to change and would not leave after being told we needed a moment."

"I have stayed at dozens of places over the past 2-3 years. This has been one of the better places I have stayed. The staff was courteous and helpful while the property was maintained and clean. Although housekeeping did visit the room while I was there, I do believe it could have been a bit more “housekeeping”, maybe that is the new way, but I always remember housekeeping doing more."

"There is no breakfast and no coffee in the am. The rooms are clean, the bathroom fixtures are new but the room is small. They were very nice and allowed us to check in at noon. The people who run the motel are very nice and even sent us a note after checking out thanking us for our stay and hope to see us in the future. In my opinion, the value was high since we paid $214.50 for one night."

"Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind. Parking was easy. Outdoor patio was nice. The only issue was our second morning there we didn't have hot water and we found out that it was a sporadic issue that had been going on since the day before. Like no warm water, it was ice cold and I wish the staff would have said something. Other than that, it was very nice."
