I liked the friendly and helpful staff especially the housekeeping staff, also the location and proximity to shops and main roads. I didn’t like that the laundry had no functioning washers or dryers.

The Inn was easy to get to as it is directly off the thruway and only a few minutes to so many different area attractions.

The keys didn’t work but I called and someone came quickly to let us in and resolved the problem. It needs a renovation. More blankets in the room. When the guests upstairs walk it sounds like the ceiling is falling in.

Thermostat was not working properly. When to bed cold and woke up sweating at 2-3am. To say the least I didn’t sleep much at all.

Overall, I would recommend Seabrook inn based on location, convenience, and affordability. However, in my opinion, the staff, specifically the overnight front desk crew, lacked genuine hospitality and mutual respect during civil interactions. My boyfriend and I kept to ourselves and enjoyed our stay other than the energy shared amount staff, with no initial or prior occurrences to why the negative behavior or emotions. (Not well with worlds loll; hope that helps/makes sense)

For the price, you can't ask for more. We only stopped overnight but there was a coffeemaker, mini-fridge, and microwave; lots of towels and comfortable beds. The bathroom was older but lots of hot water.

Staff was terrible. Actually drove me out because i cooked rice in a rice cooker at the hotel and also refused entry to kitchen amenities. I have to sleep on the streets after this .

the heat was difficult to figure out there was no blanket on the bed The sign on the door said no pets yet there was clearly a dog in the room next to us who insisted on barking at 7am The people upstairs were either wrestling, tossing furniture around or had kids

This is my first time staying at the Seabrook Inns. The check-in process went very smoothly. The clerk was very helpful in answering my questions. Even though it's winter, the property seems as though it would be especially fun in the summer. Right down the street there are Restaurants and Shopping Centers for anything you may need. My stay has been very pleasant and relaxing.

POOR SERVICE, MONEY FRO NOTHING
We arrived early and had no where to go, not being from anywhere near here. The place looked empty with only one person and three cars that we could see. There was NO effort at all to see if there was any way to help us out other than come back in 3 hrs and 45 mins. Poor service, but they didn't have any problem taking our money for nothing other than not coming back for the night. Tried to cancel while we where there but to no avail. We just carried on down the road and stayed at another motel that was far more understanding. We will NOT BE BACK HERE.

The property was of an older style. On night 1 I couldn't get the wall heater by the window to turn on, so the room was a little chilly, but when I woke up, I realized that there was apparently a second source of heat which utilized a wall thermostat.
