We are very sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your stay. I have addressed the housekeeping team about the room being cleaned before you checked out, there is no excuse for that and it wont happen again. As for the refurbishing, you are correct, the dust is a constant struggle and will take a while to get rid of it. As for the noise, there are multiple notifications that warn guests of the noise at night, unfortunately we are located right above a bar that is lively until 2am, I try my very best to keep the music levels at a minimum without dissatisfying guests of the bar.
