Newly remodeled rooms were nice and the front desk ladies were friendly and quick to respond to our needs. Maintenance had to be called to our room to repair the broken door latch which made the door lock unsecure. To their credit it was done fairly quickly. The biggest issue for my group was the loud makeshift looking restaurant/bar with live music booming located directly next to the hotel. We asked to be moved to the street side of the hotel as we were told the music could go on late in the evening. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate our request. The in room refrigerator was convenient, but no ice buckets in the room. The young ladies at the front desk have to get guests' ice from the bar outside. Parking was tight and limited behind the building (also home to the large portable potty which serviced the bar patrons). I rate the cleanliness so-so only because our bathroom shower and floor had clumps of hair in the floor. Yuk. Otherwise seemed ok.
