"This is one of the two best hotels we’ve stayed at in Houston by far. First off, the valet was amazing. Check-in was a breeze. The room was gorgeous. The bathroom was even more gorgeous. Even the little things like having espresso instead of coffee in the room was wonderful. 100% will return. My only regret is that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to find out what brand of mattress they have. My husband and I agreed on the comfort of it so I need that mattress! 😆"

"We stayed for our daughter’s basketball tournament for the weekend in this hotel because it was convenient and close to nrg center. We were able to go walking to the center and save on having to pay daily parking. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Specially Bertha, she was so nice and very helpful."

"This hotel is NOT walking distance to ANYTHING. There are no nearby coffee shops or quick garb and go places. You must make sure you have what you need. The rooms are super outdated and a lot of broken stuff. Our shower door was broken (sliding door off its tracks); we had crooked outlets, burnt out outlets, peeling paint, the stove top was cruddy and stained, stains on the bathroom door, the rolling office chair, and the night table. The TV faces the curtains and there are no seats there so it’s unclear how you would use it. It wasn’t cheap either and for the price you pay it really isn’t worth it. Feels more like an old Motel."

"The room was filthy and smelled really bad. There was also a trash can in the hallway outside the room that made the smell even worse. When I went to the front desk to ask if I could switch rooms, they told me the hotel was sold out, which I honestly find hard to believe. I’m very disappointed with the service I received. This shouldn’t be listed on Expedia."
