Other than being a little tricky to find the entrance, we were very satisfied with our stay at the Scottsbluff Inn. The staff was super friendly and helped recommend places to eat. They are undergoing some updates and renovations, and the pool was out of service. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Do not stay here!!

My driver checked in about midnight and they wouldn’t give him a room. Said they had no reservation when I sent him the receipt to show them they still wouldn’t even look at it. What a joke of a place. He never stayed there and went to the place next door.

I will be expecting a full refund for this property. It felt very unsafe and was very dirty. The walls were falling apart, our window seal was falling in, I will never walk into that establishment again.

Room was dirty! The property itself was poorly maintained. They advised breakfast but had nothing for us. No one was at the front desk just a walkie talkie To Paige them. Rooms should have been $40 a night not $80.

They are closed for remodeling when we went to check in we were told. Paid in advance still no refund or response thru orbitz or hotel . Someone has my payment besides me and i would like a refund. Had to go to Quality in across the road for double the Money. Will be making phone calls i guess!

Most Horrible experience ever

Waited for almost 30 minutes to check in. No one showed up at the desk. Called the number they posted for assistance 4 times. On the fourth call the lady said it was a wrong number. Hotel left unattended. I went somewhere else. I will be disputing this charge.

Called me on afternoon of arrival time to say they had overbooked, could I change rooms? At 10 PM there were less that 20 vehicles on lot, thats overbooked. No phone in room for wake up call, no clock in room, no note pad or pen, no cups for water.

Worst hotel

We arrived to find 90% of the property in renovations. From the side of the building it looked as if some rooms had been caught on fire. We walked down the hall to see our rooms and found some of the rooms were gutted and part of the hallway was blocked off. What seemed to be employees were found “pulling the door handles on all the car doors” in the parking lot. We immediately went to the front desk and refused to accept the rooms and demanded a refund. To say this establishment was “sketchy” is an understatement!! This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.

Checkin took a long time. Counter lady had her two small kids in the lobby who took all the cushions off the couches and threw them on the floor to jump on them. A policeman was waiting to see her but allowed her to check me in. Bed was good. Bathroom had a broken towel rack, toilet paper holder was missing and all bathroom floor trim was peeling paint. Shower scone was unattached. There was a roach on the wall. Heater/AC control worked erratically so it was too hot or too cold all night. I asked about breakfast as the ad said “great breakfast “ and was told we have little to nothing-coffee! I give the hotel a 3.5

BEWARE DON’T STAY HERE

Hotel is DIRTY and SMELLY. Pet hair all over the floor, room and couch smelled like dog. Even though it was a “no pets allowed” room. The bathroom was very dirty. Pee spots and hair around the toilet. No one at the front desk to complain too. Check in took forever cause no one was at the front desk. Trash left in the hallway. The place is like a ghost town. Almost no amenities; NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST, NO COFFEE. I cannot stress enough this place has gone downhill. Not worth the price or the frustration, pay the little extra and go somewhere else. I don’t know how this place is can advertise they are in business especially with the false advertising. Econo Lodge across the street looked much better. I wish I’d stayed there.

Arrived at the location very late to check in, door was open and I called 9 times for over 45 min. Nobody answered. I was forced to find a new hotel at 2 am. When I called back the next day the lady was extremely rude and said she’s the manager and the only employee and she was sleeping. She said “ get mad all you want but I needed to sleep, and don’t show up so late” she refused to deal with me over the phone and I am so grateful I booked through a 3rd party and I was able to get a refund for my booked stay. Expedia talked to her and she lied saying I never called, Expedia told her she was required to be at the desk until 3 am for late check in’s. Expedia took care of me. There will never be a next time.

The one staff person was kind and checked me in easily. The room was clean. The bathroom floor was nicely polished, therefore made it so slippery after my shower. When you step into the tub, it is much higher than the floor. When I stepped out, it was not what I expected and fell. Fortunately I didn't get hurt. Breakfast was not included. And the pool didn't have water in it. I don't know where the outdoor pool was that they advertised having access to. The front doors were not automated. Right outside the front doors, were 2 room-sized waste baskets, collecting water from somewhere. I almost tripped over them twice. Not a good impression. It was quiet, however, since there were very few people there. I don't recommend.

I had booked a king room and i was told on arrival, that they were sold out. I was on of 6 people staying at the hotel. I was put into a queen room, (165). Upon entry, the room was FREEZING! The AC was set to 60⁰ amd the window was open. It was 19⁰ outside, so imagine how cold the room was. I turned the heat on, but it blew luke warm air. The "blankets" provided were 1 sheet and a top cover as thick aa the sheet. I found the room to be disappointingly dirty. By the head board was 2 pink long fake fingernails, broken, when i moved the trash can in the bathroom there waa dirt and hair visibly not swept, the floor in the sleeping area had food ams debris and not swept, the chair had what appeared to be body fluid running down it. I can understand being short staffed, as finding employees can be difficult, but the cleanliness of this room was far from acceptable. I will not return and i will not tell people i know to stay here. I would be embarassed if i owned this place.

HORRIBLE

FOR YOUR SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Generally, I’m a very understanding person when it comes to having mishaps or anything of the sort. HOWEVER I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and originally planned for 6. I was in scottsbluff for a work trip and was pulling 14 hours days and didn’t have the time to inspect the room I was strictly there to sleep. Its INCREDIBLY disgusting and the ceiling is literally falling in. There was makeup on my blow dryer, a NASTY blue substance on my wall and the frame of my window was wet and literally falling a part. I woke up the 3rd day COVERED head to toe in bites. YES bed bug bits. When I asked for a new room they would not accommodate so I decided to ask for a refund on my stay however they refused and when I asked for the owner’s contact Information the woman at the front was hostile and straight out refused to give me their number so I could resolve the issues to the best of my ability’s. So I asked if I could AT LEAST receive the money back for the nights that I did not stay and again they wouldn’t even compromise with me on that. EVEN THOUGH SHE SAID THE PREVIOUS NIGHT IT WOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE. There was no cleaner for the duration that I was there the front desks woman openly admitted to me and 2 other witnesses that she only has a cleaner 20 hours a week and the rooms are only cleaned 1 time a week “if the cleaner can get to it” also to add no one stays at the front desk so that way customers can be attended to. DONT, JUST DONT!!!

This is horrible! First there is only ONE employee, and there is obviously too much for one person. On check in, there weren't any key cards, she said she was waiting for someone to bring some and she would bring them as so as she could. Ok... then she disappeared before we had a chance To ask for the WiFi password. Figured we would get it with the key card. In the room, the floors were really dusty. But everything else looked clean. We called the desk about the key cards and to ask for towels as there were none. She said she would be here in just a minute with them. In the meantime, while waiting for her to show up, we found out the DOOR DOES NOT LOCK!!! Even with the deadbolt turned, a person on the outside of the room can just walk right in!! Tried several more times to call the desk, since the only double room they have is 2 miles from the front desk!! No answer. Can't leave a message. So, finally set the night chain (not feeling secure at all!!) And went to sleep. This morning I called the desk again. On the 3rd try the same overworked lady answered the phone. When I told her of the issues here and asked to be moved to another room closer to the doors, and with a working door locks, or give me a refund. She said there were no more double bed rooms closer to the doors and they don't do refunds. I said "Excuse me?? What do you mean no refunds??". She stated that the owner doesn't do refunds. We left! HINT: go to the website for the hotel to get the actual reviews!!

Curtain brackets and curtains falling off wall. No one ever at front desk, have to call a phone # to get them to come to desk. Whole building smelled strongly of disinfectant..needs aired out. No vending machines. Someone walking outside along building trying to get in windows.

This place was clearly under construction. Wires hanging from the ceiling, ladders all over the place, it looked like part of the ceiling caved in at some point. I think i was the only guest. The pool didnt have water, there was no breakfast, and the wifi barely worked. I had to ask one of the construction workers how to log on. The room I was in had molding that was falling off the window frame, and peeling off the floor. I can't believe that this place is allowed to be open.
