"The staff is composed of professionals with great people skills. Checking in, the front desk staff fixed a problem in our reservation easily. Checking in and getting our car valet parked was effortless. The room was well laid out with a long bench seat along the window with pillows. The bathroom was big with a roomy shower. The bed was comfy. We were surprised that the bed was turned down when we returned from dinner. The location is great, as you can explore the square or walk to the Crystal Bridges art museum and it's indoor and outdoor art. It was the priciest hotel on our road trip, but it was a nice treat."

"The air quality in our room was terrible. Couldn't breathe well enough to get a restful night's sleep, and we were in Bville to ride mountain bikes, so restorative sleep is a big deal. Kitchenette was filthy. Bed cleanliness questionable. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing to look forward to. Location was nice. Grateful for a place to stay, but will not stay again."
