"Breakfast was great… But both days we went there, we did not have a server… Until we were getting up to leave… Of course… They still wanted gratuity, but that was not going to happen because they did nothing. Our room was small and dated, but it did have a view of the stadium. The door lock was broken. And we informed the front desk when we got there… It was still not fixed by the time we left.. The showerhead was loose… We told them about that as well, but that did not get addressed either."

"I accidentally left my jacket in my room that had quite a bit of cash in the pocket. When I realized it was left about 5 hours after we left I contacted the front desk and the housekeeping manager and the hotel manager. Nobody returned my calls or email. I called back multiple times asking for help. Bottom line is they don’t care about their guests and the housekeeping team clearly has dishonest employees on staff.I recommend you do NOT stay here."
