"I’ve never had a kinder greeting by any staff anywhere than I received here. We arrived very late and they waited up for us. They saved a parking spot for us, they helped us with our bags, walked us to our room, explained the area ( things to see and do) places to eat. I mean I was truly touched by their sincere care and assistance. "Highly recommend to anyone looking for a no frills hotel conveniently located to Niagara Falls. This was very walkable to the Falls and many shops & restaurants. Just off the strip and very safe. Friendly staff and breakfast each morning. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure!"

"Really enjoyed the staff’s attentiveness. Breakfast had a variety of choices. It was close to everything or the bus stop if you can’t walk much. So much to do and see and eat in the area. The room was clean, nice size, and ours was a handicap accessible room. You do have to pay for parking which is not uncommon these days. But it is in and out parking at no extra cost. "
