"We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels along the Niagara strip over the years, including some of the more well-known “nicer” ones, and I can honestly say this was the cleanest by far. Cleanliness is a big deal for me, and at other hotels we’ve had experiences where the sheets didn’t even feel properly cleaned. That was absolutely not the case here. The room was genuinely clean, fresh, and well maintained. Whatever standards they’re following, I really hope they keep it up—especially during the busy summer season. Check-in was also a great experience. The front desk staff were kind, patient, and got us settled in quickly, which made a big difference after a long day. Overall, this has easily been our best stay in Niagara Falls. We’ll definitely be coming back."

"The location is unbelievable, simply put- it’s everything you need in Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. The view is breathtaking! Staff wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to so much, yet convenient if you need to drive to some local sites… Would come back again in a heartbeat!!"

"We showed up for our reservation to find out there was an issue with our room and we are not staying at the oaks hotel anymore but at the Hilton down the street selling it as an upgrade to is at no extra cost. We picked the oaks specifically from its location to a restaurant we were meeting a large group at. While the Hilton wasn’t much further it was not what we wanted when booking. No phone calls or email letting us know, but only finding out when finely making it through the line up at the front desk. We move to the other location which was even busier at the front desk. Get through the line and find out there was no onsite parking left and we would need to drive to a satellite lot and shuttle back. But the shuttle is free and they’ll charge us the same rate that would have been at the Oakes on-site lot. With all of the confusion and check ins at both site it was about an hour and a half to finally check in. What’s even more frustrating is if we couldn’t make it to this reservation we would have been charged for the night as it was non refundable. But we can be relocated to a completely different site no word from anyone and still pay full price. I mentioned this to the front desk at the Hilton and she let me know if I did want to cancel we would have to take that up with the Oakes and MAYBE they would give us our money back."

"Overall great experience, room was nice , we liked that we could see our car from the parking lot . Also liked that it was on the second floor so easy access from stairs "

"Parking was offsite and open lot (need to take shuttle to/from)and we asked about security of our vehicle so far from the hotel, didnt seem like a good decision to leave our car safely there. Also wanted to use the pool. Yes, the hotel was booked. However some guests were extremely boisterous, rowdy, jumping, body diving in the pool and splashing other guests. Swimmers as a group deliberately taking over the pool, you cant swim or even get some space. Hot tub overflowing no room, the attendant did nothing to mitigate, young person, language was an issue when we asked. We did call to report at front desk, they advised they would tell the manager. Elevator to pool levels out of service, hard to take stairs that are wet and slippery. Nothing not even at checkout was even told to us as a courtesy. Would have appreciated a gesture and acknowledgement of our issue at best. Not a nice way to spend an anniversary. Late night noise and hallway light visible and heard through our door. Overall it was not as we had expected from a Hilton hotel."
