"The rooms were sufficiently large. They were clean. The kitchen, the smaller it was, was quite adequate for our needs. We were able to prepare a meal or two using the facility. The unit was welded it. The bathroom was clean and modern. Location wise, it was ideal. It was off the beaten track, and away from the busy areas. "Pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in, the woman who helped me was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms appear clean and was spacious. Location amazing. We didn’t use ammenities so I can’t comment. I only wished there was more parking at the back of the hotel. There wasn’t any more space so we had no choice in the further lot. Not that far but it was raining. "

"Rooms clean. Very ecclectic/vintage furniture and decor! Location was excellent for walking to the downtown tourist section (15 minutes tops) or a quick drive. "

"Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE...

"Dissappinted that this beautiful property is housing housing people with constant security and an ontario works office on our floor! Watched 2 women get in a food fight in the lobby and elevator. A hilton property is not a suitable housing solution. "

"Under renovation in north tower first night we were on floor 15 not renovated yet, tv did not work in 1st bedroom neither did phone or bathroom door lock, went to front desk they were helpful and sent someone up to check tv for kids, person could not fix it first night so kids went with out. Tv got fixed next day but then with construction going it seemed like they cut the cable both tvs went out.
