"Ideal if you have an early morning flight from Bristol airport. Ours was 06.00 so we were up at 03.30 for the short walk across to the terminal building. We used the Easyjet Twilight Bag Drop facility the night before our flight - which was a big help because the airport was "heaving" at 04.00 !! So we walked straight through to SECURITY in the morning. "Good quiet location. Plenty of car parking spaces Spacious room with all amenities. Only thing missing was a tray for the complimentary teas in the room to protect the side. Large well planned seating area in adjacent pub with cheap value food and drinks. Pleasant, helpful staff just not many of them. Would definitely use again!"

"Lovely 2 night stay. Super Comfy bed which is a plus for those with a bad back or hip..slept so well. Spacious room even though we booked the smallest category. Wonderful rain shower. L'Occitane branded hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Quiet air con so was able to keep on all night without it being noisy. Window opens ever so slightly so lovely breeze comes in. We were there when the weather was +30 degrees celcuis. Great views of the Gorge and Clifton Bridge from the bar /pub...

"I had an issue with my room where the room they gave me was a lower grade and they did not say. I realised and challenged them. Emily was fantastic and organised the refund via Expedia and gave us a later check out. If that hadn’t happened this would have been a five star review."

"Negatives, water pressure in the shower was minimal and the water , luke warm Dining room table mats were not clean at eve meal and at breakfast my chair had crumbs in it Plus's - really lovely staff. Clean room and bathroom. Food was good."

"Ok clean and location was good . I stayed in a ground floor room facing the gravelled car park . The heat wave meant I needed to open the windows. Cars parked right outside my window was not great sadly. Very hot conditions. Couldn’t open curtains in the morning to get dressed due to lack of privacy . People leaving and arriving in the car park."
