We did visit the spa and steam room on our last stay, the spa was a little run down and wouldn’t pay for this if we stay again. The service for the spa was odd as we weren’t sure what we were doing and were left to find where it is and what to do with no help. "

"The room was spotless and roomy with everything you could possibly need. The staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough to make my stay memorable. Check-in was flawless greeted by welcome staff.
