"We were warmly met by Anna and her black cat. We stayed at the garden apartment which is another building near by. It was well set out, very clean and it was nice to have a small outdoor patio. The bed was comfortable. The location was ideal, a couple of minutes walk from the station when you arrive from the airport. The network of trams again were only two minutes walk away that took you into the center of the city and two most other places. Two large supermarkets was just a further few minutes walk away. If we needed anything we just WhatsApped the property and they answered within minutes. I would highly recommend staying here and Vienna is such a lovely and interesting city."

"It was a nice stay for me and my wife. Very central and convenient location. Bathroom is gorgeous with a nice free-standing bathtub that my wife enjoyed. It’s an older building and floors throughout our room were very squeaky. Bed was ok. Breakfast was really good. I would probably stay there again."

"Well-maintained hotel with a lot of charm and character, which was refreshing compared to the usual chain hotels. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the checkout experience left a disappointing impression. When I mentioned that there had been no hairdryer in the room, the receptionist said he would inform housekeeping, but then jokingly wondered whether he should check my luggage. It was probably intended as humor, but it did not feel appropriate toward a guest who had to check out in the morning with wet hair due to the missing amenity."

"It’s one of the BEST hotel I have ever lived in Austria! The staff is so kind and friendly, they have been super helpful since my day 1 until last day (cannot remember the lady’s name). Even the housekeeping team is friendly! The building is very pretty (including furniture) and modern with most of the functions you need, it’s really like a mini hotel apartment. The room is very spacious as well as the mini kitchen, everything is very prepared (hob, pots, cutlery, microwave, kitchenware etc). The balcony is sooo great, same with the bathroom (very spacious and so clean)! I love the closet and drawers in the room! There are lots of useful stores eg dm, apotheke, billa, spar so you can either decide to cook by yourself or just go downstairs to have food. I’m planning to come back to Vienna for another trip next year and this will be the only place I wanna live again!"
