Personal: eigentlich nett, aber stellt manchmal unnötige Fragen oder stellt die so dass man sich angegriffen fühlt bzw. Dass Privatsphäre angegriffen wird. The room itself was very hot and there was no fan in the room. The pillows were just awful, they just disappeared into nothing when you put your head on them. "
