"I saw the nice clean large hot tub in the picture and when I got there the pool and the hot tub were kind of nasty. We walked into the pool area and it was hard to breath, their was a musty smell. I was very disappointed that we could not use the pool area. A few weeks ago we brought our grand daughters to the Comfort inn in West Yarmouth, very clean nice pool and hot tub. I though they would be similar. Ice machine on our floor was out of service for 3 days, I bet it still is! Are their people living there permanently? very odd. Breakfast was good, nice hostess."

"Everything was good except that there is still a smoking side in the casino. You can still smell the cigarette smell in the nonsmoking side. If they were like Foxwoods and Mohegan which are nonsmoking and just have designated smoking areas outside the casino, it would be great! Thats just me because I don’t smoke cigarettes."

"The hotel itself is great! And if you don’t have any kind of disability, you’ll be very comfortable. The shuttle service is also excellent. My complaint is that my accessibility needs were not honored. I reserved a room that was mobility accessible. Usually, this includes a spacious bathroom and roll in shower. I was given a room with a tiny combined shower and toilet room. No one in a wheelchair would be able to get in there. I was able to make do, but the shower was very narrow and slippery, as well. The tv in the room was also not fully functional, neither of us could use the cast function."
