I was given a room on the ground floor and the massive window faces onto a busy street. Zero privacy and no nets so had to keep the curtains drawn permanently and felt like a prison (perhaps you should reconsider this…)"

"Breakfast was excellent: wide selection amd fresh. Staff were generally friendly. The room was clean but housekeeping are a whole different story. They need to up the cleaning standard. For example, when making the bed and there are used towels left in the bed, the bed will be made with the towels inside! The housekeeping staff could not communicate with us as they were non-English speaking. We were stayed a whole week."
