"The staff were excellent from top to bottom. The property is middling fair that could use some modernization, but it's still functional. The shuttle service to local shopping and entertainment was great. The proximity to local restaurants is great - many options within walking distance. The included breakfast at the bistro was adequate. I do recommend the property unless you want a more upscale environment. "

"I can honestly say everything about this hotel was great, from check in to checkout. The location was perfect, close to everything, was there for a convention at the convention center, 20 mins, went to the improv 7 min, the mall 7 min. Would definitely stay again"

"Nice hotel in a quiet spot! I stayed 5 nights during my business trip so i picked Hyatt Place. I love their spacious rooms and a small kitchenette section with a sink and fridge. My room was clean and in a great condition. The rooms get a bit stale smelling if the A/C unit does not run. The Staff was super friendly and helpful! Andrea, Toronto"

"Overall stay was good. The shower water pressure was good, they have toiletries available. Bed was comfortable and i slept good since air temp can be controlled. I enjoyed the breakfast very much and the staff kept the area stocked and cleaned. Glad i pick this hotel, staff at check in/out was great."
