"The airport shuttle was very convenient and receiving the timetable in advance was extremely useful. The shuttle itself was clearly marked and the drivers were all very happy to help with luggage. I really liked that there was a microwave in the room along with a mini fridge."

"Brand new and very clean"

"Liked included free parking and continental breakfast. The hotel is not very clean. You can see dust and grime on the corners and it is over due for a reno. Rooms are not sound proof."

"Clean"

"Perfect"

"Rooms were clean, spacious and very nice. Kitchen layout was useful and a nice amenity to have."

"We needed a crib and the hotel originally provided a very old and discoloured pack and play. We requested another one and they replaced it with one that was much newer and clean. Happy with this service. We also requested a packed breakfast because we were leaving at 3am to go to the airport, and they did this for us both times we stayed and we were very grateful! Great experience, highly recommend. Rooms were spacious and had a little kitchen with a sink and dishes which was convenient."

"Good stay experience."

"Room was comfortable and elegant. Bathroom could have a make-up mirror. Breakfast was excellent."

"We have stayed at this hotel on two occassions. Each time we have experienced problems with the hotel's mechanical systems in our room. This last visit, we had no hot water. The front desk clerk told us it was due to the changing of the seasons. I did not know that gas fired boilers were influenced by changing seasons."
