"We had the Newbury room and it was very comfortable and spacious. Very tasteful and thoughtfully designed. The grounds are lovely. The bidet toilets were next level! The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - about 10 min walk to the ocean. About 10-15 mins by car to downtown Victoria. The restaurant is super busy every night (!) so didn’t manage to try it, so make sure you book in advance. Lovely boutique hotel! "

"Lovely old house. Clean, quiet, room. Glad I chose one with an ensuite bathroom as it meant I was on the top floor. Perfect location. Walk to inner harbor and downtown shops or to Dallas road for ocean views and lovely fresh air. Nice, safe, neighborhood. Friendly, helpful, staff. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit and home baking, but more healthy options would be nice. I had a lovely stay and will return."

"The front staff could be more welcoming. But the room was lovely. It's modern and comfortable. The bathroom was great, especially the shower and bidet with heated seat. It was very clean. It is right across the street from the restaurant where we had reservations. We didn't realize there was a fee for parking. That is annoying. However, we found parking on the street."

"My review might be biased because my partner and I got engaged during our stay!!!!!!!! Yay! The room was great, we were able to check in early. We did pay extra per night for the parking but I would highly recommend it as it’s in a secure lot and we hardly used our car during our stay. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall.
